Boosting carnosine levels through dietary supplements is a common practice amongst athletes who care about their performance. Beta-alanine is an amino acid which is able to increase carnosine concentrations in your muscles, which leads to more performance and less fatigue.
Mix 2 grams (half a measuring spoon = half a tbsp) powder with 400 ml water or soft drink. Take two servings daily - one before your workout. Do not exceed recommended daily allowance.
