Once upon a time someone said that if you train your back without pull-up straps, you don't train with heavy weights. There is some truth in this, but one thing is for sure: if you would like to train your back without significant help coming from your biceps, or if a weak forearm is prevents you from training with heavy wegihts, then a pull-up strap is a must have in your inventory. Yes, we know you're an alpha male, but when you're a bodybuilder, your primary goal is not to strenghten your forearms, but to strenghten your back muscles, without annoying factors.
