Oils and fats
Oils and fats are mainly used for cooking but certain types can and should be used in a higher dosage. Flaxseed oil, fish oil and ther essential oils earned higher respect because of their effect on general health. Their calorie content should be noted though: using oils and fats can easily cause the overstepping of your daily calorie limit especially in a diet but to be honest we've never seen anyone taking numbers of shots of flaxseed oil one after the other. ;)
