Pastas are rich in carbohydrates. Pasta consumption should be basesd on whole grain products, because their absorption rate is much more balanced. They won't boost our blood sugar level off chart, they won't result in a high insulin peak, so we won't have to deal with the typical ravenous hunger after a meal.
