Every bar contains 4 grams of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) with an optimal 2:1:1 ratio, and 2.5 grams of L-glutamine. The 60% Protein Bar also contains 5 mg of zinc, this mineral is crucial for our body. Palm oil and aspartame is not included.
