I am on a diet, after two weeks I started mixing 20g with post-workout protein. It looks like it's going to the right place because it hasn't slowed down weight loss since I've been using it, although let's say it's in here that it should be used with reason. It's neutral to the taste, it makes the stuff a little floury if it's not shaken up properly. After half a minute, it's not even noticeable, it gets a little denser from it, but no extra thickening. However, if you drink it right away, it's totally OK. It did not cause bloating and anything else for me, nor did it cause a feeling of fullness, let's say 20g is not a large dose, in any case, after that solid food can come without problems. I sucked it with the bagged package too because it got dusty to the neck and has a finer grain than the sprinkle powder, so I poured it into an empty Mega Daily One Plus box as much as it could fit in and now it can be dispensed without any problems.
