Here comes the next episode of the "easy to make foods", which contains some extraordinary ingredients!

You probably think this one will take some guts to eat, but that's where you're wrong! It's addictive, rich in protein, fibers and vitamins at the same time and also gluten free. Can you ask for more?

What you'll need:

The making of, step-by-step:

1. Put the quinoa into a microwave-friendly bowl and pour just enough water on it which covers it.

2. Put it in the microwave oven for 6-8 minutes depending on how soft you'd like it to be.

3. Put the BCAA+glutamine, then the protein and the cranberries in it.

4. Mix it well, pour a little more water on it and put it back into the microwave for another 2 minutes.

5. Give it some time to let it absorb the water and to cool off (a couple minutes) and it's ready!
