HARD MASS is a sports nutrition product which supports muscle mass gain; it is dedicated to slow metabolizers. HARD MASS is an optimum combination of full value animal proteins and complex carbohydrates, enhanced with a large amount of L-glutamine peptide and HMB. Those ingredients prevent the reduction of proteins and protect muscle tissue against degradation by stimulating its growth and full recovery. HARD MASS supports muscle mass gain without the risk of accumulating fat tissue.
Dissolve one portion of the product – 75 g (3,5 scoops – 175 cc) in 200 ml of water or milk; use a shaker or a blender. Depending on your needs, take 1–2 servings daily. On workout days: 1st serving 60 minutes before workout, 2nd serving 30 minutes after workout. On non-workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving between meals.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product.
