I buy protein because of its ingredients and ease of digestion! I use double chocolate as a blender snack with oatmeal, banana and milk! Great results and faster recovery.

Best for me

Rating: 5 / 5 – istvan_4bfd45, 2025-10-02

Of the flavors, the Banana is not easy to mix if I eat it with oats, because it has a powder consistency. It was easier with hazelnut or chocolate. In shakes, they all dissolve well and are all delicious

Double rich chocolate

I use Double Rich Chocolate and unlike other brands of protein I've tried, it's delicious with milk or water and other additives, it goes great!

I only use this

What is important to me about ON: I don't have any discomfort in my stomach, it doesn't rumble, dick. Anyway, I don't give a shit how it dissolves, what it tastes like, whether it's frothy and dozens of other "important" questions that occupy a lot of idiots. If you bought it, drink it AND don't cry, but train!

My favorite protein. I like to consume it in all flavors. Good solubility, not too geil taste. Premium

Vanilla perfect.

Rating: 5 / 5 – toth_c9bf6c, 2025-08-14

Vanilla tastes very good, there are no side effects, although I am not sensitive to any of the ingredients. It is pleasantly creamy, soluble in water, and has no off-taste.

Really the best protein I've tried so far.. I can be picky when it comes to taste and texture, and Optimum Nutrition and Vanilla and Double Rich Chocolate really surprised me, for the first time I enjoyed drinking protein dissolved in water

I've been taking this one for years because it's not too cute. There are no stomach problems like with some other proteins.

The only protein I've tried so far that doesn't fall heavily on my stomach and doesn't leave the taste in my mouth of artificial sweeteners. Fast and easily soluble.

Really optimal

Very good protein, it dissolves great, the taste is friendly, unfortunately the price is not really tailored to my wallet - but this is not the fault of this company...

Unbeatable in taste (extreme milk chocolate)

Rating: 5 / 5 – norbert_83cdd5, 2025-04-08

In terms of taste, it is one of the best proteins I have ever drunk. In addition, Ghost PB is a cereal milk protein, which tastes similarly good. There are certainly better proteins in terms of amino acid profile, but 10/10 (with milk) in taste.

Please help me with the effectiveness of muscle building

Rating: 5 / 5 – emilija_a37147, 2025-03-19

I would like to read a comment from users on how satisfied they are with the result of the exercise and whether it visibly helped them build muscle. I don't care about the taste and lumps, but if someone can write about the quality of the product itself since I'm a beginner.

Since I've been exercising and drinking protein, I've only been drinking this one. And it tastes like vanilla ice cream. I once took another flavor as a change, but it's definitely the best of malt.vanilla and since then I've only taken that flavor. No lumps, blends nicely. Deff is the best. And the best of all offered.

ease of dissolution, digestion. I think the taste (milk chocolate) is quite mourning - although that's not why I drink it anyway.

Great composition, and the taste is ok considering that I find it really weak almost from all other proteins. The taste of double chocolate is fine.

I took a taste of white chocolate-raspberry. They're not very nice and the shake has a texture like water it's not creamy at all. The only advantage is that it's really super melting. They're not bad, but they're not worth the money.
