Pure Creatine monohydrate in powder with magnesium and vitamin B6 added. Consumption of creatine increases physical performance during short-term, high intensity, repeated exercise bouts (refers to the daily intake of 3 g creatine).
Take 3,5 g of powder (1½ scoops) daily before or after the training; 3,5 g of powder (1½ scoops) any time at days without training. An increase of weight may happen. Not suitable for children and young people.
