I am 34 years old, 90 kg. I ran out of it a couple of weeks ago. I think the coolest vitamin, I switched to cheaper just because of price. Its ingredients also show that few multivitamins are worth it, my body was in very good shape while I was taking this, I will probably return to this if I can financially! I RECOMMEND it to everyone, you won't be disappointed!

I find it ridiculous that someone who hasn't tried it ((says someone who has never bought anything on Shop.Builder... - editor's note)! Very good stuff, not just a multivitamin. I think it's more punchy than the current Animal Pak. It has a noticeable positive effect on well-being. By the way, originally 6 grains per dose should be taken at the same time as breakfast, because this is how the manufacturer recommends it.

I didn't buy it, I look at the vitamin content in a dayli vitamin, I have more saints and with this amount of money already or 2 comes out, joke the content of the whole thing is so tiny amounts h 10days would be enough
