Positives: Capsules instead of tablets (which is good because not everyone can swallow the tablets immediately and if they are not swallowed immediately by someone they begin to dissolve by sticking to the tongue, the wall of the esophagus, thus causing gagging), small, elongated but thin white color stylish-looking capsules that bitang is easy to swallow, stylish box, the capsule contains K2 with all-trans content of MK7 (this is a huge positive because there are many types of vitamin K2, however, anyone who knows Dr. György Gődény and Gábor Szendi knows that only this K2 is the one that makes good use of it. No one should ever take MK4 K2 and cis instead of all-trans! Negatives: The price is a lot I take a bit but since it's not MK4 and I don't cis accept that it's that expensive.
