The main criteria for my choice were: - the higher the protein content - as little fat and ch as possible This product met both conditions. Almost 90% protein content, 0 g fat, 0 g carbohydrates. Need more? It's expensive, but worth trying. I bought it to chop, it was perfect! Pros: I bought banana flavor. It says in the box h it should be mixed into 350 ml, but so it was very weak, almost undrinkable. Then I took it down to 250ml and it tasted perfect! High protein content, zero sugar and fat. The measuring spoon is accurate. It dissolves quickly and well. Disadvantage: the product foams very much. Perhaps too much. After shaking, you need to wait a couple of minutes with it, otherwise you will drink foam. Of course, this could make the product 4 or 4.5 stars, but this product should have so many flaws!! It served what I bought it for.
